February 16th – March 24th, 2018
Artist Reception: Thursday, February 22nd, 6-8pm
Gallery160 – 2nd floor
Carol O’Malia received a BFA from Rhode Island School of Design and MFA from University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth. Her paintings have caught the attention of both private and corporate collectors. Her work has been displayed in a number of regional museums as well as galleries in New York City, Silicon Valley, Park City, Utah, and Chevy Chase, MD. Ms. O’Malia shares her skills as a visiting lecturer at Framingham State University as well as with private students.
The paintings displayed here represent a small collection of work completed by her students in the last two years. The goal for each student is to find his or her own voice and, over time, develop a body of work that can be professionally recognized. Many thanks to Amazing Things for this amazing opportunity.
**Most artwork is for sale, please call Amazing Things for prices: 508-405-2787. A portion of proceeds go to our Galleries, but the majority goes to supporting local artists like the Students of Carol O’Malia!
