This is a one day, outdoor market at Amazing Things Arts Center (ATAC) from 10am-4pm taking place in the parking lot of the center, rain or shine (weather permitting). Vendors may load in using the parking lot but are asked to move their cars promptly to on street parking or one of the public lots. There is no entrance fee for customers.
Open to all Artists & Artisans at least 18 years old. All goods must be handmade by the seller, or the seller must have permission from the artist to sell the handmade items. We ask that no commercial products be for sale. Acceptance is on a juried basis & participation is at the discretion of ATAC Gallery Curator.
3. Entry Process
The vendor must fill out the online registration form completely with all of the requested attachments. Space is limited so we recommend applying early.
4. Table Fees
There is a table fee of $40 per space and per food truck. Payment may be made by check, cash, or credit card. Make all checks out to Amazing Things Arts Center. Upon acceptance invoices will be sent via email. Payment must be made within one week of the invoice. It is free to apply, only accepted vendors need to pay table fees.
5. Set Up
Each Vendor space is 10ft x 10ft. Please have a tent available, this event is rain or shine. Vendors are not required to set up tents (weather permitting), but it is at their own risk. If using a tent, vendors are required to have at least 30lbs weights on each leg of the tent. If it does not have the required weight on each leg, or if the weights are not securely attached, the tent will have to be removed. It is a hazard to vendors and customers to have a tent that is not properly weighted down.
Set up will be between 8 & 9:30am. Please keep an eye on your email for your check in time. Food trucks will be asked to load in early to avoid any hold up in the parking lot. You may park in our lot to unload but we ask vendors to move their vehicles right after you unload. There is free on-street parking & some public lots. Volunteers will be available to watch the vendor’s items while they move their cars.
There is no electricity available outside. Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, and chairs.
ATAC will advertise the Market on our website & through social media. We will provide vendors with an image they can use on social media. We encourage vendors to advertise on their own to increase the visibility of the event.
Please Note: ATAC Markets are all Juried events. Not all submissions will be chosen.
